marshalltranslation provides translation and language services delivered digitally. Please read this policy before placing an order.
Cancellation before work begins
If you cancel within 24 hours of payment and before source documents have been sent to a translator, you receive a full refund.
Cancellation after work begins
Once source documents have been received and translation has begun, we refund the portion of the project not yet completed, less a 20% administration and scoping fee. Completed portions are non-refundable.
Completed projects
Completed translations are non-refundable unless there is a verifiable material error we cannot correct within 5 business days of being notified.
Quality disputes
If you believe a completed translation contains errors, contact hello@marshalltranslation.com with a written description within 10 business days of delivery. We review and, if a material error is confirmed, provide a corrected translation at no cost.
