marshalltranslation provides written translation, machine translation post-editing and related language services as described on the website. All services are delivered digitally.
Ordering
An order is placed when you complete checkout and payment is confirmed by Stripe. We contact you within 4 business hours to begin the project. Work begins after source documents are received.
Pricing and payment
Package prices shown are base prices. A fixed quote is confirmed after document review. All payments are processed in EUR by Stripe. VAT may apply depending on your location and business status.
Delivery
Concise projects: 5 business days. Standard projects: 7 business days. Volume projects: 12 business days. Express and rush options available as add-ons. Timelines run from receipt of source documents.
Confidentiality
All client documents are treated as confidential. Translators work under confidentiality agreements. We sign client-specific NDAs on request before project commencement.
Intellectual property
Upon payment and delivery, full rights to completed translations transfer to you. marshalltranslation retains no rights over delivered content.
Governing law
These terms are governed by German law. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ravensburg, Germany.
